2/10/03 - I had my 3-month post-op visit with the surgeon today. My lab work was all great except for two things: (1) my B-12 level is too high, so I'm supposed to only take the sublingual B-12 every other day instead of every day, (2) my iron level is too low, so I'm supposed to double the prescription iron that I take.

I've lost an official 55.6 lb. from my pre-op visit! Yeah! That is 41% of my excess body weight. I think I'm doing fantastic. I know I certainly feel fantastic! Life is good.
